People come into your life right when you need them and Debbie is no exception. When I first showed up at Debbie’s door I was in a relationship that didn’t serve me, an apartment that didn’t serve me, doing a job that didn’t serve me and I don’t even think I had brushed my hair that day. If you had asked me I would have said I was doing just fine. So if you’re here and reading this, chances are you could use some Debbie magic.

Debbie immediately saw through all of the walls I thought were so well built, shone her light in all the dark scary places and held my hand while she did so. I’ve never felt more seen or more supported by any teacher let alone so quickly. After a year working with her, I can say with certainty that she is the greatest resource I have. Debbie is like a chiropractor for the soul. She’ll snap, crackle, pop you back into alignment with yourself and with your highest good.

If you’re looking to change your life or simply think it could use a tweak, Debbie should be your first call. As an exercise, Debbie gave me the homework of making specific wishes for my next chapter including an in-detail description of the apartment I was hoping to find. A month later I sent her a link to the apartment I was signing for that truly seemed to plop out of thin air. It met all the criteria down to a landlord so chill I had to raise an eyebrow. If I’m having a week where the world feels like it’s ending, I reach out to Debbie and she gets me back on track and feeling lighter. I am closer and closer to whatever kind of life I’m trying to build each time I have a check in. Even if it’s a baby step – a step is a step and we’re steppin’, baby. I am very much a “goes kicking and screaming” type of student who is running the marathon of life at a kind of disgruntled trudge. She is absolutely undaunted. Debbie is right there next to me waving a glittery sign in the air yelling “You can do it and you are doing it! Also, why did you choose this metaphor? We’re having fun!” I suppose I have to agree. Yes, we are. Now graduated to a cheerful walk through the park of life and Debbie is pointing out all the beautiful things that I have been previously choosing not to see.
